okllay Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "okllay", "we", "us", or "our" refers to okllay, the online gaming platform accessible at okllay.cam, operating under PAGCOR licensing in the Philippines.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the okllay platform.
• "Account" means the registered okllay player account created upon completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" means the okllay website, mobile browser interface, game lobby, sports betting interface, and all associated services.
• "Balance" means the PHP amount held in a Player's okllay account, consisting of real-money funds, bonus funds, or both as applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matching funds credited to a Player's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process okllay is required to conduct under PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and oversees okllay's operations.
• "GCash" and "PayMaya" refer to Philippine digital payment services that okllay supports for deposits and withdrawals.

By accessing the okllay platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and okllay. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must not use the okllay platform and must not create or access an okllay account.

okllay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check this page periodically for updates.

To register and use an okllay account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and where okllay's services are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — including okllay's own self-exclusion program or any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion registry.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an okllay employee or affiliated gaming provider.

Each player may hold only one active okllay account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details if any information changes. You are prohibited from registering an account on behalf of another person.

okllay is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals and at certain deposit thresholds. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC verification — may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID card, or voter's ID).
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification issued within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
• Such other documents as okllay may reasonably request in connection with its anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.

okllay reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and freeze account funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account closure in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

5.1 Deposits. okllay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your okllay account. okllay does not accept deposits from third parties — only payments originating from a payment method registered in your own name will be accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method owned and registered in the same name as the okllay account. okllay processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya typically within three to five minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one Philippine banking business day. okllay reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may be temporarily held or delayed in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed;
• A withdrawal request is flagged by okllay's fraud detection systems;
• Bonus wagering conditions attached to deposited funds have not been fulfilled;
• okllay is investigating a potential Terms violation in connection with the account;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised in connection with any deposit on the account.

5.4 Currency. All balances, bets, payouts, and transactions on okllay are conducted exclusively in PHP. okllay does not accept or process cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

okllay may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback programs, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification on okllay.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.
• okllay reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• okllay reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where okllay has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused promotional terms, used multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or exploited a technical error.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or set a zero deposit limit are not eligible to receive or use bonus offers during the period of such restriction.

okllay offers casino games, live dealer games, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting sourced from certified third-party providers including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, and other licensed gaming studios. Each game is governed by its own set of rules displayed within the game interface.

All okllay casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from professionally managed studios using physical dealing equipment subject to the same certification standards.

okllay does not guarantee that any particular player will win any particular amount. All games carry a house edge, and results over time will statistically favor the house. okllay is not liable for any losses incurred through legitimate gameplay.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or incorrect payout, okllay reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the stake. okllay's decision on game outcomes in the event of a technical dispute is final, subject to the complaints process described in Section 14.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okllay platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and law enforcement:

• Registering under a false name, false age, or false identity;
• Creating multiple okllay accounts;
• Using okllay to launder money, fund criminal activity, or conduct fraudulent transactions;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes in bad faith after participating in gameplay;
• Accessing okllay from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxies to mask your true location;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage;
• Transferring funds between okllay accounts or selling account access to third parties;
• Any activity that, in okllay's reasonable opinion, is intended to defraud okllay or other players.

okllay is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes seriously its obligations under PAGCOR licensing to provide player protection tools. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a method of addressing financial hardship.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all okllay account holders through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your okllay account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure okllay to notify you when you have been playing for a set amount of time.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from okllay for a period of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Permanent Account Closure: Permanently close your okllay account. This action is irreversible.

okllay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold, freeze, or forfeit any balance associated with that account, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods;
• A chargeback or payment dispute raised against okllay in connection with the account;
• Instruction from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or a law enforcement authority;
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• The account is inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than Terms violations, okllay will return any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play that did not meet wagering conditions.

All content on the okllay platform — including but not limited to the okllay brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of okllay or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okllay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any okllay content or intellectual property without prior written consent from okllay.

Any unauthorized use of okllay's intellectual property may constitute trademark, copyright, or unfair competition violations under Philippine law and applicable international conventions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okllay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the okllay platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

okllay makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. okllay will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uptime and shall not be liable for losses caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

okllay's aggregate liability to any player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

okllay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the okllay platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okllay will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent. okllay may share data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable Philippine law and regulations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to okllay's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact okllay's support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution of any dispute. okllay will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five Philippine business days.

Where a dispute relates to a specific game round or bet, the player must notify okllay within 30 days of the disputed event. Claims raised after this period will be considered time-barred.

okllay reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed upon okllay Login or by email to the registered account address, with a minimum of seven days' notice before changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the okllay platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using okllay and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
